This is such a cute little book with an important message. The book provides such an important message for children, that it is normal to be grumpy, we all get grumpy sometimes, but there are also ways to let go of that anger and grumpiness and make it better. They can even help other people feel better.

I am very lucky to have read two books from the Happy Panda Children’s Yoga series, these absolutely gorgeous books offer mindfulness activities for children in the form of yoga poses and music. The option to bring music to your practice brings this book alive. I was blown away by this book, it has the most colourful and gorgeous illustrations, perfect to keep little ones interested. It takes children through yoga poses where they can practise breathing and stretching to calm the mind. It promotes mindfulness in such a child friendly way. I definitely used this in my school and the children loved it. What a fantastic book!
